Commissioned Work: Ownership of specific design projects will be transferred to the client only upon full payment of the agreed-upon fee. I retain the right to display completed work in my portfolio for promotional purposes.

Any price quotes provided via the website or email are valid for 30 days.

A formal contract or "Statement of Work" may be required for larger projects to define specific deliverables and timelines.

I typically require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins.

Final files will be delivered once the remaining balance is paid in full.

Late payments may be subject to a fee of 5% per month.

I strive for excellence, but I am not liable for any indirect or consequential damages (such as loss of profits) that may arise from the use of my designs or the inability to access this website.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
